Vehicles: Fighters
There are 24 Fighters divided into two squadrons of twelve.

Each Fighter unit has the following:
1. Minifig: A human Pilot
2. Minifig: An Android copilot
3. Utilities: Six Tools from a sprue wheelset
4. Weapon: Laser Rifle Blaster Short
5. Weapon: Laser Rifle Blaster Long (optional)

The design of a Fighter vessel includes:
1. Max size of 48x48 studs and 10 bricks high
2. Laser Guns in (two or four)
3. Rear Guns (optional / preferred)
4. Solid Missiles (optional)
5. Sublight Engines (two or four)
6. Antigravity or similar for vertical lift and hovering
7. Hyperdrive (can be internal)
8. Compartment(s) for pilot Gear
9. Pilot visibility close to 360 Degree
10. Retractable landing gears
11. Attachment bases on various locations for addons (optional)

Storyline:
These Fighters are used primarily for away missions and for fighting in atmosphere, as the Capital Ship is too cost effective and slow to enter any planet itself.

Each Fighter is unique in sense of being modified by Engineer and Pilot to utilize fighting and missions extensively. Variations can be addons (weaponry, sensors and so on), removal (speed mission may require lightweight) and a slight variation in insignia. Although policy strictly forbid repainting the fighters there is plausable act for such if mission calls for it.

Colour differing regarding squadron chain of command is still unset if to be implemented. More practical be that each Fighter has a special ID that can be scanned by other ships to determine if friendly, foe and who's flying it, etc.
